Peter Nissen

​

Peter has been honing his craft for the last 35 years.

 

He began in his teens with school projects that amazed his instructors and peers here in Seattle.  Peter continued to work with other woodworkers and designers while getting his business degree from George Mason University in the Washington D.C. area. 

 

After graduation he was a project manager for a large shop before starting his own business - Nissen Woodworks. Clients included

Interior Designers,  Project Managers ,  &  Private Customers through out the DC area.  It was a success! 

 

And,  it was time to move back home to the PNW ! 

Peter moved to North Bend, WA in 2006.  He is at home in the mountains all year round and takes advantage of the skiing, hiking,  & fishing that Washington has to offer.  If he's not in the shop he's most likely outside!

He biggest fans are his wife Carolyn and son Jens.
